Everything is clean and great. The location is fantastic and in front of a bus stop. Its rooms are bright, had an awesome stay for a nice vacation. Everyone who works in the property is welcoming and pleasant.

I really enjoyed light and very very good breakfast, lovely views.
the room was huge and practical with a very comfy bed. the hotel served bakery and bacon for breakfast. the location was marvellous and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from a huge aquarium.

The room was spotlessly clean with very comfy beds and central heating. I found the bakery and bacon to be delicious. - It was in a marvelous location close to the park. Primus Valencia in Valencia is a great choice if you want a clean room with cozy beds and all the amenities you need. Plus, you'll love the yummy bakery and bacon they offer. And the hotel's location near the park makes it even better.

We couldn't stay long enough at the hotel to have an opinion! Only one night and we had dinner outside the hotel in a fabulous restaurant.
My complaint was about the comfort of the room. We only stayed one night and ate out so all we cared about was the comfort of the room.Besides, they didn't give us any details for our anniversary (like a card, a detail in the room or a decoration in this one)... The mini bar was a bit poor too! we have been in this hotel for some years now (when it was another chain and we think it has lost a lot of quality since then! sorry but quality/price could have been more comfortable in others we looked at!

The Terrace room provided with extra charge for terrace had no terrace view. The room was like a cage. I demanded room change and I got a standart room but the money has not been paid back. So I paid more than I should have if I new the terrace room had no view. It should be called a terrace because my understanding is that you have a nice view when you get out on terrace

Hotel has a great location and a modern design inside! Rooms are comfortable and clean!
Major drawback is there is no outdoor pool!

I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was awesome right by the coast, city centre and shopping malls. I thoroughly enjoyed the immaculate room and 1 double bed. There was exceptionally comfortable bed, a private safe, air conditioning and a minibar.
The service was excellent, but some people working there were a little rude.

Stylish and bright hotel with knowledgeable personnel at reception desk. Marvellous location right by the aquarium and science museum. A 10 euro taxi ride takes you to the city centre, Palau de les arts, high-end Cortes Ingles department store, and the Acqua shopping centre in a residential area. Really good building and rooms on upper floors.

The location is marvelous and stunning, in a very quiet area. It's very close to la Ciutat de les Arts, El Corte Ingles, the beach, and the city. The rooms are soundproof, practical, with toiletries, a nice bathroom, and a mini bar.

Expensive breakfast. We went to El Corte Ingles next door and had a roof top breakfast for €2.50

Great spot with easy access to the port and old town. Plus, the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is just a short 1 km stroll away! 🌟

Clean and comfortable family room, with inter connecting rooms. Ideal for families with teenagers. Ideally placed to visit nearby Oceanografic. Good transport links to city centre via adjacent No 19 bus.
Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in bedroom. However hot water can be obtained from bar & restaurant. No iron available, you have to rely on in house laundry (expensive option).

The room was fairly quiet and immaculate with a couch, and we slept very well.
